Yes, our bodies change over time our metabolism slows. a really clear example of this is in young children they have a fast metabolism, the doseages of ADHD medication and formulation we use is different to that of Adults. Equally the new illnesses or disease do happen and they can impact what is safe and effective for your dose, you might stop or start new medication that interacts. psychologically, you might move from a very active job to a stationary one, your life might change, how you feel might change. Its always worth planning for a review and under what circumstances you might move up or down dosages, or when you might considert some psychosocial work
