I had a really positive experience with my initial assessment at Fastreat with Daniel Osigbemhe. Despite my connection problems, the process felt professional, and well-organised. Daniel was a great listener, patient and made me feel comfortable speaking openly, which really helped ease my nerves. He made me feel very supported throughout. The initial assessment with Daniel reassured me that I’m in good hands going forward with my support.

Getting to Know Dr Eghabor

What is your journey into psychiatry, and what inspired you to specialise in ADHD?
My path into psychiatry began with a medical degree, followed by core psychiatry training in the UK and subsequent work as a Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry of learning disability and neurodevelopmental disorder. Experience of supporting neurodiverse patients drew me toward ADHD, where timely, evidence-based care makes a profound difference. My qualifications include MBBS and postgraduate training in psychiatry.
What is your philosophy or approach when it comes to treating ADHD?
I focus on accurate diagnosis, collaborative treatment planning, and structured follow-up. My approach blends medication, behavioural strategies, psychoeducation, and patient-centred goals to create sustainable improvements.
How do you see telepsychiatry improving access to ADHD care?
Telepsychiatry reduces wait times, removes geographic barriers, and allows patients to engage from comfortable, familiar environments, improving continuity and adherence.
What's one thing you hope your patients feel after their first session with you?
I hope they feel understood, supported, and confident that they have a clear path forward.
What would you like to share with your patients as you begin this journey with FasTreat?
My commitment is to provide structured, compassionate, evidence-based ADHD care tailored to each client's lived experience as we begin this journey together.
If you could describe your approach to ADHD care in three words, what would they be?
In one sentence, what does ADHD support mean to you?
ADHD support for me means helping people unlock their potential with clarity, stability, and confidence.
