Q2: What can I expect during my appointment, and how should I prepare?
Your FasTreat diagnostic appointment is a secure Zoom video consultation with a licensed clinician. Here’s what to expect and how to prepare:

If available, upload any relevant documents in advance, such as:

Completed assessments or school report cards

Previous diagnostic notes or referrals

Notes from therapists who suspect ADHD but cannot diagnose

What to expect

Appointments are typically 45 minutes long

For complex cases, it may be extended beyond 45 minutes at no extra cost

Your clinician will review your intake forms, medical and psychiatric history, daily functioning, and lifestyle patterns to ensure a complete and accurate evaluation

If additional information is needed, a brief follow-up may be arranged

Q3: What occurs if I'm diagnosed with ADHD?
Your clinician will work with you to create a tailored follow-up schedule based on your needs and concerns—with more frequent follow-ups at the start to support medication titration and help you reach the optimal dose. If you’d like a receipt, simply log in to your portal where you can easily download it.

Q1: How much does FasTreat cost?
Your initial diagnostic assessment costs £199.
If you're diagnosed and treatment is recommended, you’ll need to opt in to our £99/month membership to access ongoing care and follow-up appointments.

Q2: Can I use insurance for FasTreat services?
FasTreat provides receipts for our clients; however, clients need to consult their insurance companies for specific reimbursement policies.
Q3: Will these services be covered by NHS or any other public health plan?
These services are not covered by NHS or any public health insurance plan. You are fully responsible for the cost, and you will not be reimbursed by any provincial program.You are voluntarily choosing private care. You have not been pressured or misled into using this service.The clinician will not bill any public health plan on your behalf.
Q4: What is the cancellation fee for missed appointments?
When you schedule a session through our platform, you accept responsibility for any fees related to missed appointments. You can reschedule or cancel anytime directly through our platform.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be eligible for full refund received within 3 business days.

  •  

Cancellations made within 48 hours or less prior to your appointment will only be eligible for a £100 voucher towards future services as per our non-refundable policy.


Appointment Satisfaction

If you are satisfied with your appointment, please leave a positive review after your session so they know they are providing excellent care.

If you are dissatisfied with your appointment, please let us know within 15 days of service received so we may address your concerns individually.

Q5: What medical documents can I request from FasTreat, and what are the associated costs and processing times?

At FasTreat, we're committed to facilitating timely access to the medical documents patients need. Please note that all requests are subject to clinician approval following a clinical evaluation, and approval is not guaranteed.
